DIY Chopper Seat Pan
DIY Chopper Seat Pan
Building a chopper and want to make your own seat? Look no further!
Kydex is a thermoplastic, meaning once heated it becomes soft and malleable. As it cools it retains the shape you conform it to. Kydex is used by the military for gun holsters. If it’s good enough for the military, it’s good enough for your chopper!
Kydex does not corrode like steel seat pans, and is a cheaper alternative to steel as well. No need for welding or special skills. You can easily trim the pan to fit your exact needs
These seat pans are perfect for ribbed fenders or fenders of complex shape!
Applicable to rigid as well as swingarm bikes
